To help ensure a great photo, it's
important to coordinate both the style and color of each group
member's clothing. All should be dressed either casual or
formal depending on the environment. |
All should match seasonally. (all short
sleeve or all long sleeve). |
If members of the group are of average
weight, white or lighter colors work well.If members of the group
are larger than average, it's best to stick to darker colors. |
Avoid patterned clothing. Choose solid
colors that blend well together as a group. (all could be wearing
the same one or two color combinations). |
If wearing darker colors, choose darker
socks and shoes as well. |
Examples of colors that photograph well
are cool, neutral shades such as medium to dark blue, green,
black, white and grey. Other colors to choose from are maroon,
rose, lavender, and darker shades of red. |

Pastels and lighter colors work best in
very light settings, such as the beach. |
